Jenna Grasso is a policy director covering bioscience growth and state spending issues for CBIA, Connecticut’s leading business organization.
As a member of the advocacy team, Grasso supports Connecticut businesses on a broad range of issues, including those impacting the state’s critical bioscience sector.
She also collaborates with diverse stakeholders to advance policy solutions that foster economic growth statewide.
Before joining CBIA, Grasso worked in the Connecticut House of Representatives as a legislative aide and public affairs coordinator.
She also led several campaigns across Connecticut and worked as a lobbying assistant at a prominent government relations firm.
Grasso earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, American studies, and Italian language from Fairfield University, and furthered her studies at Florence University of the Arts.
Currently, she is a Tenzer Fellow at the University of Connecticut’s School of Public Policy, pursuing a master’s degree in public policy.
